Project Overview

Palm Jumeirah Villa was a high-end FF&E procurement and delivery project for a bespoke beachfront residence in Dubai, designed to reflect contemporary luxury while meeting the practical demands of family living and frequent entertaining. IHG Brands was appointed as the execution bridge between design approval and final installation, managing procurement across loose furniture, decorative lighting, rugs, art, accessories, and outdoor furnishings. The project required precise coordination between the interior designer, client representative, fit-out contractor, and multiple international and regional suppliers. Key challenges included long-lead imported items, strict design fidelity, phased installation around ongoing construction activities, and the need to protect premium finishes in a marine-front environment. Our team addressed these through detailed specification reviews, value engineering on selected secondary areas, supplier pre-qualification, and a milestone-based procurement schedule aligned with site readiness. We also managed sample approvals, factory follow-up, logistics planning, and final placement to ensure every item arrived as specified and installed without disruption. The result was a fully executed luxury villa FF&E package delivered with accountability, documentation, and control at every stage.
