IHG Brands delivered end-to-end FF&E procurement for a flagship luxury retail store in Dubai, translating the approved concept into a fully executed customer-facing environment with precision and schedule control. The scope covered front-of-house display fixtures, bespoke cashwrap counters, feature lighting, lounge seating, back-of-house furniture, decorative accessories, and branded joinery-related loose elements, all procured to align with the client’s design intent and operational standards. As with many premium retail projects in the UAE, the key challenge was maintaining material consistency, brand detailing, and installation sequencing within a fast-track programme tied to a fixed launch date. Additional complexity came from coordinating multiple international suppliers, local authority requirements, and strict mall delivery windows. Our team managed specification reviews, vendor sourcing, sample approvals, cost tracking, logistics planning, and site coordination to ensure every item arrived compliant, on budget, and ready for handover. Where lead times threatened the programme, we applied value engineering without compromising the luxury positioning, identifying alternative suppliers and equivalent finishes approved by the design team. The result was a polished retail environment that supported visual merchandising, customer circulation, and premium brand presentation, while giving the client a single accountable procurement partner in Dubai to manage execution from documentation through final delivery.
