Project Overview

A 120-cover fine dining restaurant by a Michelin-starred chef, featuring custom furniture, bespoke lighting, and curated art. The design aimed to create an immersive dining experience reflecting the chefs culinary philosophy.

The Challenge

The chef had very specific requirements for table heights and spacing based on service flow. The statement chandelier required structural coordination, and materials needed to withstand commercial kitchen environment.

Our Solution

We worked directly with the operations team to understand service requirements. Our lighting team coordinated structural requirements early in the base-build phase. All materials were specified for commercial-grade durability.
