Boutique Hotel

Project Overview

IHG Brands delivered end-to-end FF&E procurement for a luxury boutique hotel in Dubai, supporting the operator’s vision for a high-touch guest experience across guestrooms, suites, lobby lounge, all-day dining, and back-of-house areas. The project required close coordination between the interior designer, operator, and contractor to translate approved concepts into fully documented, site-ready packages without compromising brand intent or opening deadlines. Key challenges included accelerated procurement timelines, strict compliance with UAE hospitality standards, and integrating bespoke pieces from multiple international and regional suppliers while maintaining budget discipline. Our team managed specification reviews, technical submittals, vendor sourcing, sample approvals, production follow-up, logistics coordination, and installation sequencing. Particular focus was placed on custom casegoods, decorative lighting, loose furniture, and guestroom accessories, where consistency in finish quality and dimensional accuracy was critical. Through structured procurement tracking and value engineering, we identified alternative sourcing options for selected items that preserved the design language while improving lead times and commercial efficiency. By acting as the execution bridge between design and delivery, IHG Brands ensured accountable communication, clean documentation, and coordinated handover across every package. The result was a polished boutique hospitality environment delivered to luxury market expectations, with on-time installation, controlled procurement risk, and a finished property aligned with Dubai’s premium hotel standards.
